Builds that cleared acceptance

These projects represent robotics cells engineered and validated inside our Toronto lab. Client names are withheld where NDAs apply; metrics are from recorded acceptance runs.

Mixed-SKU depalletising cell

A Ontario food distributor needed a cell that handles forty-seven carton formats without manual teach sessions. We deployed a dual-camera rig with depth fusion and a six-axis arm fitted with adaptive vacuum tooling.

Result: 18 picks per minute at 99.2% first-attempt success across a two-week acceptance window. Model retraining pipeline delivered for seasonal SKU additions.

Automotive subassembly scan station

A Tier-2 supplier required sub-millimetre weld inspection on a moving line. RoboSpark built a gantry-mounted scan head with synchronized conveyor tracking and sub-200 ms inference on edge hardware.

Result: False reject rate dropped from 4.1% to 0.6%. Full source and calibration bundle transferred to the client's maintenance team in Hamilton.

Additional engagements

More cells from the lab floor

Mobile manipulation

Warehouse AMR with onboard arm

Autonomous navigation across uneven epoxy floors with pose-estimated grasping from rolling stock shelves. Eight-hour battery endurance validated.

Perception pipeline

Pharmaceutical blister inspection

High-resolution line scan with defect classification at 120 units per minute. Full 21 CFR Part 11 logging hooks for the client's QA system.

Control integration

Legacy PLC retrofit

ROS 2 bridge to Allen-Bradley controllers on a twenty-year-old packaging line. Reduced unplanned downtime by 34% in the first quarter post-handover.

Engagement metrics

Numbers from recent acceptance runs

99.2% Peak pick accuracy
6 wk Median sprint length
34% Downtime reduction (retrofit)
100% Source handover rate

These figures come from signed acceptance reports, not marketing estimates. Each metric ties to a specific test protocol agreed before fabrication began. We publish ranges rather than single-point claims because environmental variance on your floor may differ from our lab conditions.

What every project shares

Regardless of sector, our builds follow the same discipline: written acceptance criteria before fabrication starts, recorded test runs with timestamped logs, and complete documentation at handover. We do not ship demo rigs that work only under lab lighting — every cell is stressed against the client's stated worst-case conditions.

If your project requires references from a specific industry vertical, mention it in your inquiry. Where NDAs permit, we arrange direct calls with past clients during the discovery phase.

Portfolio imagery on this page represents actual lab environments and client briefing sessions. Case descriptions omit identifying details where confidentiality agreements require it, but acceptance metrics are reproduced verbatim from signed test reports.
